Govt Teaming

In fact it is very essential, rather very essential in smaller, under-developed and developing countries, that Government teams up via their policies or facilities and specific medium, large or mega agricultural transformation projects of any group, a village chief or a large area land holder to team up with them so that their confidence in the external agencies, collaborators or configurers that are brought in gives them more than required confidence for the project that can be done.
